Become an Auction Ambassador by helping WPT spread the word about Auction!  Share your WPT enthusiasm with others, while handing out promotional materials for Auction!

About Auction Ambassador

Promote Auction at Wisconsin Public Television’s Farmer’s Market Booth. Volunteers will hand out promotional materials, answer basic questions about Auction and encourage participation in the free prize drawing.

Auction Ambassador Job Duties

  • Assist with set up and tear down (as needed).
  • Hand out promotional materials.
  • Replenish supplies in the booth.
  • Promote free prize drawing.
  • Answer basic questions about Auction (Information sheets will be provided).
  • Encourage viewers to tune in and watch Auction.
  • Complete other duties as directed by your captain.

Auction Ambassador Job Skills and Requirements

  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking with the public.
  • Ability to effectively hear, communicate, and interact with the public.
  • Physically able to stand and walk for short periods of time.
  • General understanding of Auction is recommended.
  • Ability to discern when to ask your captain for assistance.
  • Volunteers 16 and older may participate.
