Visit chef Dave Swanson and get a tour of his restaurant Braise. Swanson has been running a traveling cooking school for the past several years cooking in the barns and out in the open fields. We catch up with him on the night he finally opens a place to call his own. Later we meet up with Gordon Edgar, the author of "Cheesemonger: A Life on the Wedge."
