High Stakes

On “Here and Now,” tonight a recap of Thursday night’s U.S. Senate debate in Wausau.
We’ll bring you an interview we did immediately after the debate with U-W La Crosse political scientist, Tim Dale, for his take on the outcome.
Also tonight, sit-down interviews with Republican Congressman, Sean Duffy, who’s running for re-election in Wisconsin’s 7th congressional district in northern Wisconsin, as well as with his challenger, Democrat Pat Kreitlow.
We know Wisconsin is considered an important state in the high stakes presidential election, and this week Republican Vice Presidential nominee, Paul Ryan, was campaigning here. Today, First Lady Michelle Obama is making a campaign swing through the state. We’ll here from both of them.
Plus, a “What’s on Your Mind, Wisconsin?” series segment on people’s concerns about retirement.
“Here and Now,” tonight at 7:30 statewide.
