Ron Winkler, author of "Bay View," joins host Jim Peck to talk about the history of a Milwaukee neighborhood with a strong sense of community. It was Wisconsin's first company town, before incorporating as the Village of Bay View. Now, a neighborhood in the City of Milwaukee, it's home to the first annual lakefront festival.
