Duck at Bat / You Can Never Have Too Many Oo's
Duck loses the letter B to his baseball bat right before a big game, so he tries to substitute other letters in order to have something to hit the ball with. Then the wind blows away Monkey's double-O roof, sending Duck after the vowels.
