The Keystone Xl Pipeline
Calvin DeWitt, Professor Emeritus, Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies, UW-Madison, focuses on the Keystone XL pipeline proposed by TransCanada to move bitumen from northern Alberta to Nebraska and ultimately to Port Arthur, Texas.
