Making Wisconsin Weather Forecasts Better
Tim Wagner, Assistant Researcher, Space Science and Engineering Center, UW-Madison, discusses two new surface-based weather forecasting systems in development. The first is a network of instruments which can be located on the roof and the second is a mobile trailer which can be driven to record the weather up close.
