Water Tension and the Great Lakes Compact
Peter Annin, Co-Director, Freshwater Innovation Center, Northland College, discusses proposals to divert fresh water from the Great Lakes to locations where water is scarce. Annin focuses on the Great Lakes Compact which, with few exceptions, prohibits diverting water from the Great Lakes.
