Michael E. Stevens, Author of "The Making of Pioneer Wisconsin: Voices of Early Settlers," shares the stories of the pioneers who migrated to Wisconsin from the mid-1830s through the 1850s. Stevens offers first person accounts of the lives of the settlers through excerpts from their journals, letters, and newspaper articles.
