Rules

In this episode, Haley, Lily, and Trent see the importance of rules in everyday life. Haley and Lily begin playing a game of chess, which requires them to learn the rules of the game. In the meantime, Trent is told that in order to go on an upcoming field trip, he must follow the rules in order to obtain permission from his parents. The episode ends with them understanding why rules exist and why we have to follow the rules in our society. This episode explores also three real-life situations where kids are using rules in order to make a difference in their own communities across the nation. Students Rule!- Kids discuss some of the rules they like and follow on a daily basis. In a classroom setting, the kids discuss the importance of having rules in their lives. D.C. Cherries- Kids in Washington D.C. take it upon themselves to make the cherry the designated fruit of our nation`s capital.
