Translation Please! (dealing with Diversity)

This program focuses on conflict that arises out of diversity. Often what begins as an "ordinary" problem escalates into racial and ethnic conflict through prejudice or cultural misunderstanding. By exploring concepts such as stereotype, prejudice, discrimination and scapegoating, students will be more likely to resist using these escalators in conflict that involve diversity.
