Tonight on “Here & Now,” we hear from Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen about why he wants to first stay and then appeal the Dane County judge’s ruling invalidating major parts of Act 10.
Then, we hear from the other side and attorney Lester Pines, who brought the lawsuit on behalf of the Madison teacher’s union.
