Engage! State. Tribal. Local. Government

ENGAGE! State. Tribal. Local. Government, a broadcast and Web based video series, is designed to teach high school students about three aspects of Wisconsin government; state, tribal and local; how they impact the lives of their citizens, the different structures in those types of government, and the cooperation it takes on a daily basis to do the will and work of the people of Wisconsin. Also included in this series is a program dedicated to professional development, offering insights and encouragements for classroom use. Programs in this series assist in meeting these Wisconsin Model Academic Standards for Social Studies: A 12.12, 12.13 B 12.12, 12.16 C 12.1, 12.4, 12.8, 12.9, 12.10, 12.11, 12.14 D 12.3, 12.4 E 12.2, 12.3, 12.7, 12.8, 12.11, 12.14, 12.15 The professional development program in this series assists in meeting these Wisconsin Educator Standards for Teachers: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
