Getting Along
Cooperation, sharing and managing anger are social skills children need to learn at an early age and use for the rest of their lives. "Getting Along" shows young students the options they have in dealing with conflict in a variety of situations. It emphasizes that destructive behavior is ineffective and teaches students to recognize situations that call for creative solutions. These programs help children learn the consequences of teasing, bossy behavior and temper tantrums, as well as the benefits of sharing, inclusion and managing their feelings.
