Roadtrip Nation

Roadtrip Nation

Four years ago, recent college graduates Nathan Gebhard, Brian McAllister, Amanda Gall and Mike Marriner came to the conclusion that they had no idea what they wanted to do with their lives. To expand their world view, the group decided to follow their own road. They purchased a mechanically unsound 1985 RV, painted it neon green and went on a road trip touring the United States interviewing and filming an eclectic mix of people. Those who were interviewed shared personal stories of how they shed the pressure to conform and defined their own road in life. The road trip had confirmed what Nathan, Brian, Amanda and Mike had thought and the Road Trip Nation movement was born. This cross-country adventure is, literally and figuratively, driven by 20-somethings. It is a fast-paced program shot hand-held documentary style, and is accompanied throughout by brand-new, edgy music and stunning scenery. The Road Trip Nation movement exists to support, empower and encourage individuals who want to define their own roads in life.
