I authorize WPT to withdraw my sustaining membership from my bank account on or shortly after the 5th of each month. This authorization remains in effect until I notify WPT that I wish to change or end this agreement by calling 1-866-822-2634 (M-F, 9-5) or emailing sustainers@wpt.org.
