New increased budget lapses were announced by the Wisconsin Department of Administration this week that will decrease funding for state departments. "Here and Now" will speak with University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Chancellor Richard Wells about how the lapses will affect UW-System schools, which were levied a higher percentage lapse than other state organizations.
